SOIL AND WATER RELATIONSHIP

Soil and water inseparable matter. Both the things each other is interconnected. We need study about physic of soil and the relation with soil moisture. It make us easier to doing soil process. Soil texture and soil structure are very influence to water infiltrate, permeability, and hold water capability. Soil structure is divided in three types, small particle, medium particle, and large particle. For the example small particle is sandy clay, medium particle is clay, and large particle is sand.  Soil structure refers to particle formations like sand, dust, and clay.

The Soil structure and the soil texture influences soil porosity and soil permeability. The  Soil porosity is capability of  the soil to slip away the water. While the soil permeability is quick or slow to slip away the water in the soil. Smooth soil is very hard to sliping away the water, and than the soil will hold the water more. Soils with smaller particle have surface area bigger than  soils larger particle, and a large surface area allows a soil to hold more water. If the water which holded more, so the soil moisture also higher, and then the soil which have high moisture is very good for plants.
